All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping to the UAE is free. Other destinations may incur shipping rates that will be informed via correspondence.
The expected shipping time is 5 – 15 days. Although we are working hard with our delivery partners to deliver your purchase in time, delivery times can very occasionally and exceed these times depending factors beyond our control.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@handisure.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
We are able to deliver to PO boxes as long as they are NOT in military areas.
